Resilient infrastructure

The demands to infrastructure change rapidly due to socio-economic factors, climate change and technological developments. At the same time, the quality of the infrastructure is declining due to ageing and overdue maintenance. The challenge is to develop a coherent perspective in which water and subsurface are leading in the resilient design, construction and maintenance of infrastructure worldwide.
